Pocket PHR is a downloadable software application that can securely retrieve personal health information from the MobiPublisher server and securely store the health information on a mobile device or PC for offline use.
Note: An authentication code is required to use this app. If you do not have the proper authentication code, you will not be able to use this app.
Pocket PHR gives users access to personal health information such as allergies, medication and appointment alerts, vitals tracking, health survey and general health and wellness information. The Pocket PHR application is easily delivered and embedded into a mobile phone and personal computer. The Pocket PHR application operates in concert with the Mobi Publisher server providing data synchronization and management as well as an alerts engine to contact end users directly. Also PocketPHR makes use of Microsoft Push notifications. Push notifications are used to:
• Remind the user to sync the application to the MobiPublisher server when there are changes to their information’s.
• Send notification to the user when a new version of PocketPHR is available on iTunes.
